Laura’s working background has always been in customer service, having previously worked in various roles including hotel front of house, catering and retail. She most recently worked for one of the UK’s largest retailers, where she spent 8 years in a customer focused role.
She has vast experience of processing customer applications, coordinating paperwork and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative side of the business.
Once Clifton Trustees paperwork has been completed, Laura will manage the application process, which means that she is responsible for ensuring that customer relations and an excellent level of customer service is maintained.
Laura is originally from Derry, Northern Ireland, and now lives in Bristol with her husband and young family.
